Our mobile applications may access a user's mobile device 's Camera and GPS. The device camera is used to collect pictures of a user as part of our app's functionality, user's requirement and enhancement of their business. Our mobile services may access a device's geographical location through GPS as well. These pictures and geolocation are collected in accordance with users' requirements, consent and upon formal agreement of terms and conditions.
We will not rent or sell your information to third parties outside our company or products without your consent.
Parties with whom we may share your information:
We may share User Content and your information (including but not limited to, information from log files, device identifiers, location data, image files from device camera and usage data) with businesses that are legally part of the company.
We also may share your information as well as information from tools like log files, and device identifiers and location data, image files from device camera with third-party organizations that help us provide the Service to you ("Service Providers"). Our Service Providers will be given access to your information as is reasonably necessary to provide the Service under reasonable confidentiality terms.
Your information collected through the service may be stored and processed in India or any other country in which its Service Providers maintain facilities.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to help keep the information collected through the Service secure and take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify your identity before granting you access to your account.
Please do your part to help us. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information, and for controlling access to emails between you and the company, at all times.
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Applications, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond in a reasonable time.
Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the applications to function properly.
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our applications. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
